The entity has no operating history, revenue, employees, or business activity during that period — it is a completely dormant legal entity that has been “shelved” (kept in good standing but inactive) since its formation, which is why such entities are called “shelf companies.” AssetProfile is not a business broker and does not broker the sale of operating businesses. We facilitate the transfer of ownership of new or aged dormant legal entities only.
