We facilitate the transfer of ownership of new or aged dormant legal entities only. After transfer of ownership, the buyer is solely responsible for all further actions, including obtaining an EIN, building operational history, establishing credit, qualifying as a foreign entity in other states, and making accurate representations to any third parties (lenders, landlords, customers, government agencies, etc.).
